In therapy, I believe we should be less concerned with correcting “flaws” and instead spend time accessing, attending to and exploring the inner wisdom that exists within each of us, This self actualizing drive to heal and adjust, to become our best selves, and to live life fully exists within all of us.

I believe that each of us is the expert of ourselves and that, at times, having someone to accompany us on our own journey can help clarify and enrich this process. In an effort to be such a companion I meet each client where they are with compassion, non-judgment, and my full attention and intent.
